Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Premium Grill N Butcher. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, dining area, and restrooms, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit, as well as operating dishwashers and sanitizing dishes.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, and polish floors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and work under pressure.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, ability to multitask, and work term: permanent.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.
