Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold safety standards and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
  • Engage in physically demanding tasks in diverse weather conditions.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of materials, including logs and debris.
  • Participate in site preparation and maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of tree species and their growth characteristics.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record; air brakes endorsement is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in physically demanding settings.
  • Eagerness to learn from experienced team members and develop time management skills.
  • Familiarity with operating and maintaining tools and equipment safely.
  • Comfort in working in noisy environments while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including overtime and on-call duties during emergencies.
  • Valid First-Aid and CPR certifications are required.
