New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company is seeking a Corporate Technology Trainer to help our client develop, coordinate, and deliver effective OnBase Unity and Web client software training programs.Responsibilities:Develop and update training materials for initial system deployment and onboarding, and ongoing system upgrades.Ensure that training sessions are interactive, engaging, and accessible to all participants, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms.Adapt training content to meet the diverse needs of the workforce, ensuring materials are relevant and up-to-date with the latest software updates.For trainers without existing OnBase experience, independently develop and complete a self-directed learning program to quickly gain proficiency in OnBase Unity and Web Client.Provide training on other software platforms if/as needed, adapting instructional methods to accommodate different software systems and user needs.Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training effectiveness.Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.Requirements: 5+ years of experience delivering IT adult training and documentation. Experience producing deliverables using Microsoft Office and Visio tools.Prior experience with OnBase software is preferred but not required. Proficiency in creating and delivering virtual and in-person training sessions. Bachelor’s Degree majoring in an Information Technology discipline such as: Information Sciences Information Technology Computer Science Software Engineering Experience with the transportation organizations is beneficial. Experience with BC Government preferred. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to all learners.
