Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make personalized product recommendations.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
