Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team at Apple Hill Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Operate Heavy Equipment: Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials.
  • Read Blueprints: Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Erect and Dismantle Structures: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as needed.
  • Mix and Apply Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure proper installation.
  • Assist with Framing and Finishing: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to ensure a safe and secure structure.
  • Clean and Maintain Equipment: Clean and maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
