Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all airworthiness quality standards and maintain thorough documentation in line with applicable regulations for aircraft maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and modifications.

• Execute weighing procedures following manufacturer guidelines and best practices.

• Upon aircraft arrival, gather relevant documentation, complete aircraft records, and document receipt accurately.

• Oversee inspection processes in accordance with computerized maintenance tracking systems.

• Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft, engines, and components using precision instruments and tools, adhering to regulatory requirements.

• Inspect all new, repaired, and refurbished parts for physical integrity and conformity upon receipt.

• Ensure all work orders and maintenance records are accurately documented, including specialized customer and regulatory paperwork, ensuring all necessary approvals are secured.

• Verify that interior repairs and modifications comply with fire protection regulations.

• Research and analyze aircraft technical data and drawings.

• Perform comprehensive walk-around inspections of aircraft prior to maintenance release.

• Manage the return-to-service process, ensuring all airworthiness criteria are met before aircraft are returned to operation.

• Provide requested data and reports to clients as needed.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of experience with corporate or commercial jets.

• Possession of a basic set of hand tools and demonstrated ability to manage tool inventory.

• A&P Certification is required.

• Proficient in using various measuring tools and interpreting test equipment results.

• Ability to understand and process relevant regulatory documents and requirements.

• Familiarity with FAA regulations and return-to-service procedures.

• Capable of training and mentoring team members in their roles.
