Site Leader Position at TRIGO Global Quality Solutions

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Leader to join our team in Windsor, ON.

About the Role

The Site Leader will be responsible for ensuring quality services and support for all missions assigned to their site(s). This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel, daily communications with various stakeholders, and training and validating inspectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance to quality standards and specifications through visual, mechanical, and functional verifications.
  • Partner with Human Resources for performance and attendance issue resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between Site Manager and inspectors.
  • Utilize company web portals to record required audits and documentation.
  • Create electronic work instructions and navigate company and customer websites and portals.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of work experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • 1+ year in Quality related position preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Computer skills Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel proficiency) and Outlook.
