Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures.
  • Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively with customer/job site contacts.
  • Oversee quality inspectors and ensure consistent work and communication with customers and employees.
  • Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses across various cities to oversee quality assurance services.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
