Job Summary:

Metalcraft Technology Inc is seeking a skilled Laser Punch Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating CNC laser/punching machines, setting up and maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Start-up and shut down CNC laser/punching machines
  • Machine set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Read, analyze, and interpret drawings
  • Program nesting software to maximize product/material usage
  • Check quality of parts and ensure they meet specifications
  • Perform operator maintenance and/or 5S housekeeping
  • Load and unload material using a forklift

Requirements:

  • Forklift certification required
  • Ability to work with and edit machine computer programs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Attention to detail and positive attitude
  • Quality-oriented
