Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence to join our Project Delivery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating a culture of best practices and continuous improvement within our organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and implementing solutions to operational challenges
- Leading change initiatives within the Project Delivery organization
- Coaching and developing employees to achieve business objectives
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Assuming a leadership role in guiding a team of coaching leaders
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
As a Team Leader, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence, you will play a critical role in enabling our corporate objectives and contributing to the success of our organization.
QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate with:
- A collegial diploma in engineering, design practices, project management, or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of information technology applications
- More than 10 years of experience working in an engineering project environment
- More than 10 years of experience in coaching employees
- Proficiency with agile and continuous improvement practices
