Job Summary

The Event Support Expert plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional support to our guests and colleagues. This includes setting up and breaking down materials, transporting supplies, stocking bars and action stations, and performing various tasks to ensure a seamless event experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to event planners and guests to ensure a memorable and unique experience
  • Set up and break down materials, including tables, chairs, and audio-visual equipment
  • Transport supplies and equipment to and from event locations
  • Stock bars and action stations with food and beverages
  • Perform various tasks to ensure a seamless event experience, including cleaning and maintaining event spaces

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing over 75 pounds with assistance
