Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Rodeway Inn. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our front desk and guest services.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our front desk team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop our front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of our hotel's computer systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Our hotel is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring our team members to be flexible and adaptable. As a Hotel Clerk Supervisor, you will be working in a standing position for extended periods, and you must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
