About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Services Manager to lead our Building Services organization in the Atlantic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and productivity, driving business growth across the service business.
  • Lead Team Activities: Foster a high-performing team culture, leading team activities and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support Top-Line Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving top-line growth and expansion.
  • Develop and Report Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators, providing regular reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and Oversee Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Projects: Identify areas for improvement and lead projects to drive process enhancements and efficiency gains.
  • Train and Mentor Field Service Team: Provide coaching and development opportunities to field service team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in managing teams and driving business growth in the Building Services/Automation industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
  • Previous Experience in Managing P&L: Proven experience in managing profit and loss, with a strong understanding of financial metrics and targets.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Influence: A proven track record of influencing at varying levels across the organization, with the ability to drive change and improvement.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Operate Independently: The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Ability to Use Experience to Apply Established Standards: The ability to apply established standards and best practices to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Effectively Manage a Team: Proven experience in managing a team, with a strong understanding of team dynamics and performance metrics.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
