About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Account Executive to join our team at Wipro Technologies. As a Portfolio Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of cross-industry accounts, driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage senior client relationships across business lines within the accounts, focusing on account growth and profitability.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Position Wipro as a Strategic IT partner and identify opportunities to implement IT solutions.
  • New Business Development: Contribute to new business development efforts within the accounts to drive new sources of revenue.
  • Innovation and Thought Leadership: Host and participate in events with alliance partners and industry forums and present Wipro's proof of concepts and value proposition.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Bi-lingual French & English communications (no exceptions).
  • Experience: At least 20 years of experience in a client-facing role or portfolio/account leadership role in the IT professional services or management consulting firm.
  • Portfolio Management: Experience managing and growing a client portfolio of accounts totaling P&L of $40+ M, including reporting and metric assessment for account(s).
  • Local Client Experience: Local / Canadian client experience mandatory.
  • Cross-Selling and Collaboration: Ability to cross-sell across service lines and collaborate with internal stakeholders to anchor the accounts.
  • Global Service Delivery: Experience in the global service delivery model.
  • IT Service Sales: Experience selling broad IT services (Infrastructure, Digital AI, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, AppsDev, etc).
  • Relationship Management: Top-notch relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems, and solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales growth targets.
  • Digital Transformation: Consulting Services experience selling digital transformation or large-scale services programs.
  • Relationship-Oriented: Relationship-oriented - strong on building relationships; ability to manage CXO stakeholders.
  • Canadian Client Experience: Experience serving Canadian clients.
