Role Overview:
In this position, your contributions and insights will play a vital role in fostering a thriving organization. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the E-Commerce Financial Specialist will engage in the evaluation of the online business's sales and margin performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with online teams (merchandising, marketing, analytics, and operations) to conduct reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor and report on sales and margin performance on a daily and weekly basis, providing insights into key performance drivers.
- Work closely with the online merchandising team to develop the budget and forecast for sales and margin.
- Construct the contribution P&L for the online department and analyze the key drivers for EBITDA variance.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial analyses requested by business partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related quantitative fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Pivots, Power Query, VBA).
- Familiarity with analytical and visualization tools (SQL, Python, PowerBI) is advantageous.
- Experience handling large data sets.
