Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2791787 Ontario INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet the demands of our customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
