Logistics Operations Manager

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to enhance our team at 11022458 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will possess a College/CEGEP degree along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
Core Responsibilities:- Oversee and streamline operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Plan and manage the logistical operations within the organization
- Work collaboratively with various departments to facilitate seamless operations
- Compile and present comprehensive reports
- Offer technical guidance and suggest strategies to boost productivity
- Train and mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations
- Administer inventory and procure necessary supplies
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Inventory Management and ERP systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and precise
- Client-centered with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate social awareness
