Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring that our products are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and present food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring that all products are fresh, clean, and of high quality.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, including electronic cash registers, to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Rural area, bakery.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Electronic cash register.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, overtime required, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, work under pressure.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
