Key Responsibilities- Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and optimize staff productivity.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff, ensuring high standards of service.
- Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel, selecting candidates who align with our values.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operational performance and staff activities.
- Food Ordering: Compile food order summaries for the chef to ensure timely and accurate supply of ingredients.
- Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays to maintain quality and presentation.
- Delivery Coordination: Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure efficient service to our patrons.
Education: Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in food service management is preferred.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
