What You Bring:

Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists. Proven experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological (mTBI), and mental health conditions. Experience in Occupational and Veterans Rehabilitation and Mental Health is a significant asset. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage self-scheduling and meet deadlines. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Excellent communication and report-writing abilities. Proficiency in technology and computer applications. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. New graduates who are licensed as OTs are encouraged to apply.

Daily Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload with assessments and treatments for clients with complex musculoskeletal, TBI, and mental health challenges. Flexibility to provide services in person or virtually, structuring your schedule to meet client needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning. Navigate a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment. Participate in case management and interdisciplinary meetings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and various stakeholders. Mentor Occupational Therapy students during their placements.
