Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Lifemark Physiotherapy Kingston & Brock

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Kingston & Brock. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and treat clients with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
* Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
* Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team of clinicians and various stakeholders
* Participate in case conferences and case management

Requirements:

* Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
* Solid experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
* Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team
* Ability to prioritize, manage self-scheduling, and meet reporting deadlines
* Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
* Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
* Proficiency with computers and new technology
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
