Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task delegation
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong organizational and time management skills
This is a permanent position with a 35-44 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring excellent customer service.
