Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at New Minas Irving Big Stop. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and take steps to address any issues or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they are clean and hygienic at all times.
This is a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
