Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Universal Mobile & Industrial Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, performing routine clerical duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient production and delivery of products
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Read and interpret blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings to ensure accurate production
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and quality
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Assist with maintenance of communications equipment and operate radio equipment as needed
  • Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a production or warehouse environment
  • 1-7 months of experience in a supervisory role
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 33-44 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
