Position Overview
The University Health Network is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to become a vital member of the Transplant Outpatient Pharmacy team at Toronto General Hospital. The successful applicant will be responsible for reviewing medication prescriptions, identifying and mitigating drug-related issues, and ensuring adherence to safe medication protocols. This role is a temporary full-time opportunity.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Certification of competency from the Pharmacy Examination Board of Canada
- Current registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Experience in outpatient pharmacy practice
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
