Retail Store Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
