Norfinch Community is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse specializing in Behavioural Support to enhance our dedicated healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize clinical expertise to deliver exceptional care.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Behaviour Support Resource Team.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Training in Gentle Persuasive Approaches, U-FIRST, P.I.E.C.E.S., and Dementiability.
Experience

A background in long-term care and experience working with older adults is essential. Familiarity with basic computer skills and quality improvement processes will be considered an asset.
