Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fusion Sushi and Thai. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and beverages meet quality control standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and waste.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures.
    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions

Fusion Sushi and Thai is a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
