Lead Production Supervisor

Required Education: Bachelor's degree

Required Experience: 5 years or more

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement work schedules
  2. Oversee and adjust production timelines
  3. Conduct employee performance evaluations
  4. Manage preventive maintenance initiatives
  5. Address technical issues and provide solutions
  6. Facilitate training programs for team members
  7. Demonstrate supervisory capabilities
  8. Engage in human resource planning and development
  9. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  10. Prepare for adjustments to schedules and operational policies
  11. Assess and analyze user feedback
Supervisory Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of 11-15 individuals
  2. Oversee workers in manufacturing and utility sectors
Industry Experience Required
  1. Experience in electrical and electronics manufacturing
