Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead the production team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Collaborate with team leads to coordinate work activities.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Involved in hiring and training new team members.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary education an asset.
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiar with TSSA guidelines.
- Proven supervisory and team management skills.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing unionized environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
