Production Supervisor

**Job Summary:**
As a Production Supervisor - Welding, you will be responsible for supervising and leading the production team, providing guidance, training, and support. You will collaborate with team leads to coordinate work activities, ensure a safe working environment, and be involved in hiring and training new team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and lead the production team
* Collaborate with team leads to coordinate work activities
* Ensure a safe working environment
* Involved in hiring and training new team members
* Other related duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
* Post-secondary education an asset
* 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Familiar with TSSA guidelines
* Proven supervisory and team management skills
* Previous experience in a manufacturing unionized environment is preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
