About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at I Style Professional Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Training and Development
    • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
    • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback.
    • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Operational Logistics
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs.
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and efficiency. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
