Job Summary

As a Delivery Specialist at goeasy Ltd., you will play a crucial role in delivering and setting up leased items to our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading merchandise lease-to-own company in Canada, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Interaction: Be friendly and approachable when interacting with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivery and setup of leased items.
  2. Time Management: Manage your time effectively to ensure timely delivery and pickup of leased items, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  3. Physical Demands: Be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy merchandise consistently, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  4. Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the safety and cleanliness of your vehicle, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements
  1. A valid, full driver's license and a clean driver's abstract with no driving complaints (for the past three years).
  2. Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy merchandise consistently on a daily basis while on a delivery.
  3. Good time management and organizational skills.
  4. A Secondary School Diploma is preferred.
