About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Development Manager to join our team at CRC Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the organization's IT strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and developing plans to achieve these goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in IT project management, leadership, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
