About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Development Manager to join our team at CRC Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor computer analysts, engineers, programmers, and technicians to ensure high-quality work.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in software development and technology leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
