Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

Crest Hotel LP is seeking a skilled Server to join our team in providing exceptional food and beverage services to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
- Advise customers on menu selections and wine pairings.
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Food and Beverage Service
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Financial and Administrative Tasks
- Process payments and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a 35-hour workweek.
- As per collective agreement.
- Permanent work term.
- Work language: English.
