Janitorial Services Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to join our team at Duke's Building Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our janitorial services team.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Work Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: Fluency in French.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Team Player: Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
