Key Responsibilities- Time Sheet Management: Accurately maintain and verify time sheets, payroll, and other summaries to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Work Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs, including vehicle operator work records.
- Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment using dispatching equipment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including contacting customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, including processing and transmitting information, and recording mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, attention to detail, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
