Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our dynamic team at Gangnam&Coco. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess food portion sizes and calculate costs effectively
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards
  • Provide training to staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
