As a key member of the Global Application team, you will be responsible for driving and delivering global application projects, aligning with business requirements and collaborating with Functional Business Leads to ensure successful project planning, execution, and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project objectives and ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle
  • Configure settings, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing post-implementation support
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to identify and resolve any issues related to business, financial, and operational requirements and systems goals
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Determine project team's report frequency and content and troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct lessons learned to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and create a recommendation report
  • Develop and follow best practices and tools for project execution and management

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in the field of business administration, management information systems or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in deployment and support of Oracle Fusion
  • PMP Certification - asset
  • ITIL Foundations Certification - asset
  • Global travel, 40%
