About the Role

Sinclair Dental Ottawa is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) of Equipment to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to all sales representatives and customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Process orders and manage customer accounts using our internal systems.
  • Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar CSR role, preferably within the dental industry, but not required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Bilingual (French/English) Required
