Brand Field Specialist

EssilorLuxottica Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Field Specialist to join our team. As a Brand Field Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling EssilorLuxottica products within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet sales goals and objectives for EssilorLuxottica lens brands within an assigned territory
- Schedule and maintain regular visits with all doors within assigned territory
- Actively promote EssilorLuxottica products to accounts through brand and category trainings
- Develop strong working relationships with account management and personnel
- Provide customers with professional, personalized customer service to promote sales
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in an optical industry
- Heavy travel within assigned territory, including overnight hotel stays
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions in a complex and changing environment
- Optical experience preferred
- Optician license an asset
