Job Title: Brand Field Specialist

Job Summary:

The Brand Field Specialist is a key role within the EssilorLuxottica Group, responsible for promoting and selling EssilorLuxottica products within an assigned territory. This position requires strong sales and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet sales goals and objectives for EssilorLuxottica lens brands within an assigned territory, while establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Account Management: Schedule and maintain regular visits with all accounts within the assigned territory, as determined by sales cycle priorities and activities.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of EssilorLuxottica products, services, promotions, and competitive offers to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Training and Development: Provide customers with professional, personalized customer service to promote sales by increasing customer awareness and knowledge of EssilorLuxottica's brands and the lens category through the delivery of approved national training programs with core business partners.
  • Travel: Heavy travel within the assigned territory, including overnight hotel stays.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a customer service environment, with previous merchandising, training, selling, and/or retail experience preferred, ideally in an optical environment.
  • Skills: Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak/present, motivate, and coach in front of a large group.
  • Language: Bilingual in French and English (both spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Optical Experience: Previous experience in the optical industry, with an optician's license an asset.
