Job Title: Brand Field Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Field Specialist to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales goals and objectives for EssilorLuxottica lens brands within an assigned territory
  • Schedule and maintain regular visits with all doors within assigned territory
  • Actively promote EssilorLuxottica products to accounts through brand and category trainings
  • Develop strong working relationships with account management and personnel
  • Provide customers with professional, personalized customer service to promote sales
  • Ensure programs are properly designed and implemented to achieve expected results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in an optical setting
  • Heavy travel within assigned territory, including overnight hotel stays
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to speak/present, motivate, and coach in front of a large group
  • Good negotiation and analytical skills
  • Proficient in PC and IOS applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Optical experience preferred
  • Optician license an asset
