Customer Experience Manager Job Description

About the Role:

The Customer Experience Manager is a key leadership position at Victoria's Secret & Co, responsible for delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive top-line sales. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires a values-based leader who can inspire a team to deliver total company contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales floor and coach and develop the team to achieve sales goals.
  • Perform performance management and selling, while maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability.
  • Support operational excellence and link company strategies to day-to-day activities.
  • Influence cross-functional partners to get things done and work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules.
  • Use technology, including headsets, mobile devices, and computers, and stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for the Victoria's Secret brand and ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.
  • Have experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
  • Be self-aware with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
  • Have experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
  • Be able to monitor/track progress and incorporate feedback into decision-making.
  • Have proven ability to link company strategies to day-to-day activities and inspire a team to deliver total company contribution.
  • Have experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings to get things done.
  • Be able to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
  • Be able to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
  • Be able to use technology, including headsets, mobile devices, and computers.
  • Have 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Compensation:

The estimated range of compensation for this role is $24.85 - $34.60 per hour. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, and geographic location.
