Job Title: Building Services Mentor

Boardwalk is seeking a skilled Building Services Mentor to join our team. As a Building Services Mentor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and comfort of our residents' living experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on training to new Associates, following established mentorship training guides
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with Associates during training, including face-to-face and written testing
  • Develop and implement training guides or procedure manuals as needed
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Regional Director to review and improve the mentorship program
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Experience in building maintenance and operations
  • Strong knowledge of tools, parts, and building maintenance
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
