Position Overview

Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst specializing in Oracle ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Supply Chain ERP systems and ensuring seamless integration with various business processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives focused on enhancing ERP solutions related to Supply Chain management.
  • Utilize expertise in Oracle Cloud and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
  • Ensure the quality and completeness of IT documentation and artifacts.
  • Facilitate project solution discussions, including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, and document Technical Specification Documents (TSD) and High-Level Designs (HLD).
  • Negotiate project scope and requirements with application teams and business sponsors.
  • Assist the Solution Architect in defining the overall approach to solutions in collaboration with technology stakeholders.
  • Support the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with application teams to manage code drop schedules in relation to business delivery timelines.
  • Engage with testing teams to provide consultation on test plans and manage defect resolution processes.
  • Lead team efforts to address complex challenges and escalate issues to senior management as necessary.
  • Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and effective communication regarding issues and opportunities.
  • Mentor team members in delivery, issue resolution, and risk management practices.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience as recognized by management.
  • Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Demonstrate 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud and WMS.
  • Exhibit proficiency in designing business processes and systems solutions.
  • Have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive test plans.
  • Show capability in planning and coordinating project activities effectively.
