Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and oversight to a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians, ensuring that all design projects meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Project Management: Estimate time and resources required for graphic design and illustration projects, and coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, and develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations that meet their communications needs.
  • Design Development: Develop and produce graphic elements, including logos, icons, and typography, that meet the clients' objectives and align with the company's brand identity.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure that they have the resources and expertise needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced urban area, with access to public transportation and a dynamic work environment.
  • Physical and Mental Demands: Work under pressure, with a large workload and tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
