Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Load buspans and trays with food and supplies, and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, and take orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and handle and store cleaning products.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
