Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to ensure the effective operation of our company's governance and control processes, as well as our risk management program. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting practices and procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our internal processes and identifying areas for improvement. They will also be responsible for monitoring our risk and control management processes to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to ensure the effectiveness of our governance and control processes.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our risk and control management processes.
  • Provide support to external auditors and ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit reports.
  • Develop and present audit reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on audit-related matters.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop cost-effective solutions to address them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4+ years of experience as an Internal Auditor.
  • Strong knowledge of legal audit standards, laws, and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
